Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Original tags and packaging must be intact.
Return request must be made within 7 days after receiving the order.
Certain items like innerwear, beauty products, or customized products are non-returnable.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Product photos
Unboxing video (if available)
We will arrange replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account.
COD order refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for:
Wrong size
Defective product
Wrong item received
Exchange depends on stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
Used or washed products
Products without tags
Customized/personalized items
Sale or clearance items
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
